CCA 110: Managing Commercial Real Estate

Managing Commercial Real Estate is the tenth course in the Certified Commercial Advisor (CCA) designation program. This class teaches how to develop a management plan to manage commercial real estate and how to manage multifamily, office, industrial and retail properties and the nuances of managing each property type. It also explains the importance of complying with federal, state and local laws when managing commercial real estate. After completing this course, you will be able to:
