CCA 109: Commercial Real Estate Contracts & Forms

Commercial Real Estate Contracts and Forms is the ninth course in the Certified Commercial Advisor (CCA) designation program. This class teaches the concept of contracts and the meaning of certain contractual terms used in the various types of contracts. It identifies the elements of a legally-binding contract and explains how they relate to real estate. These concepts are then incorporated in the various contracts and forms used to buy, list, lease, and sell commercial real estate. After completing this course, you will be able to:
