Meet the Founder of NAREA
Kenneth T. Holman
Ken Holman founded the National Association of Real Estate Advisors (NAREA) in 2012 with the goal of helping more agents move beyond the transactional relationship trap. As president of Overland Group, Inc., Ken has been involved in hundreds of real estate deals in every aspect: brokerage, construction, development, financing, property management and real estate investing in both commercial and residential real estate.
Mr. Holman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business. Ken also holds the following licenses: Real Estate Broker’s License and General Contractor’s License.
He is affiliated with the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and holds the following designations: CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) with the CCIM Institute; CPM (Certified Property Manager) with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM); CCA (Certified Commercial Advisor) with the National Association of Real Estate Advisors (NAREA); CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) with the Residential Real Estate Council (RRC); SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) with the National Association of Realtors; and CDEI (Certified Distance Education Instructor) with the International Distance Education Certification Center (IDECC).
