Investing in Real Estate Using Self-Directed Retirement Accounts is the twelfth course in the Certified Commercial Advisor (CCA) designation program. This class introduces the concept of investing from a financial planner’s perspective and the importance of planning and investing for retirement. It identifies the various types of retirement plans and explains how they can be self-directed when using an authorized third party administrator and custodian. It teaches how to invest in real estate using a self-directed retirement account and identifies the considerations involved when using a retirement account to invest in real estate. After completing this course, you will be able to:
