NAREA is the National Association of Real Estate Advisors. We are the leader in training the nation’s top real estate professionals on how to advise their clients about buying, selling and investing in real estate. NAREA was founded in 2012 by Ken Holman, a nationally-recognized real estate instructor, broker and investor. Since then, NAREA has established the following designation for real estate professionals:

  • Certified Commercial Advisor (CCA)

This designation requires real estate licensees to master a series of educational courses to develop the level of expertise to be called an “Advisor.” An advisor is one who gives advice. They have the knowledge and wisdom to “advise” their clients on all aspects of real estate, whether it’s buying or selling a residential or commercial property or “advising” them on how to invest in quality real estate projects.

NAREA is qualified in many states as a real estate school and offers both live course instruction and online education. Some courses qualify for CORE education while others qualify for ELECTIVE education, both of which are required to meet the continuing educational requirements for each Division of Real Estate.
