CCA 201 through 204 are elective courses that meet the Certified Commercial Advisor (CCA)
designation’s experience requirement. If a CCA Candidate has no experience in commercial
brokerage, the experience requirement can be waived by taking CCA 201 through 204. These
four capstone courses focus on each of the four major property types for the Certified
Commercial Advisor (CCA) designation program. CCA 201 focuses on apartment brokerage.
CCA 202 focuses on retail property brokerage. CCA 203 focuses on office property brokerage
and CCA 204 focuses on industrial property brokerage. Each course takes all the elements taught
in the required twelve courses (CCA 101-112) and presents the information that relates
specifically to each primary property type.
