It goes through the financial planning process and identifies various types of retirement accounts and how they can be self-directed through an administrator and custodian. It goes into detail about how to buy real estate with a self-directed account and identifies numerous real estate investment alternatives. *This course is approved for 3 hours of continuing education credit in Utah.
