This course teaches investment analysis concepts and how to analyze a commercial investment using a financial calculator and the investment analysis forms provided by NAREA. It introduces the concept of the time value of money and instructs how to prepare financial projections using the cash flow model. At the conclusion of this course, you will be able to calculate gain on sale, internal rate of return and net present value. *This course is approved for 3 hours of continuing education credit in Utah.
