This course starts out by introducing contracts in general and the meaning of certain contractual terms. It identifies the elements of a contract then goes into a detailed discussion of the various agreements and forms used in commercial real estate from listing and selling to buying and leasing. A number of sample commercial contracts and forms are also provided. *This course is approved for 3 hours of continuing education credit in Utah.
