This course introduces commercial real estate leasing and the leasing process. It also identifies in detail the various types of commercial leases and how to measure commercial space. It teaches how to understand a standard lease agreement. This is a terrific course for teaching how to become a great commercial leasing agent. *This course is approved for 3 hours of continuing education credit in Utah.
