Biographical Info Steve joined the SVN Imperial Realty team in 2016 after more than 30 years in business development in various industries. He works primarily with investors in all asset categories, but has a special focus on the sale and purchase of Industrial properties and businesses. Steve uses a consultative approach to help clients reach their goals and objectives, and tries to structure transactions in which all parties achieve the best possible outcomes. To maximize value, he leverages the power of SVN, including its specialized Product Councils, extensive marketing network and one-of-a-kind Compensated Cooperation policy (i.e. SVN shares 50% of its fees with outside brokers). His business background includes working with both Fortune 500 companies and SME's in a wide range of industries on a national and international scale. This experience, coupled with co-founding and running a packaging services company for 10 years (and spear-heading 3 asset purchases), provides the perspective to tackle a myriad of issues and situations. From 2009 to 2017, Steve volunteered and worked in mountain and hotel operations at a nearby full-service, four seasons resort. He's guided by his adherence to three core values: respect, integrity and continuous improvement. A native of Bucks County Pennsylvania, Steve has also lived and worked in Maryland and Florida. He and his wife Jennifer -- the parents of three sons -- reside in the Lehigh Valley.
