Ryan Downing
Biographical Info Ryan Downing started his real estate career in 2001 at Westlake Associates, Inc. In less than three years at Westlake Associates, Ryan became the youngest partner in firm history. During his time at Westlake Associates, Ryan also managed over $35,000,000 worth of multi-family commercial real estate in the Seattle area. After leaving Westlake Associates, Ryan spent seven years as a Senior Vice President at The Foundation Group and Co-Owner of Downing Property Management. In early 2013, Ryan left The Foundation Group to further his real estate career and grow his Brokerage and Management Business. This move lead to the creation of Capstone Commercial Real Estate Advisors. Capstone currently manages multi-family real estate valued at over $175,000,000 and specializes in multi-family sales between 10-50 units. Ryan is a graduate of Central Washington University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Ryan has also successfully completed post graduate courses in real estate, he holds a Professional Certificate from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, holds the CPSP Designation, and is a member of the National Association of Sales Professionals (NASP).
