Rodney Rainey
Biographical Info Rodney H. Rainey began his real estate career in Houston, Texas as a construction manager with Brighton Homes, property manager with Wayne Duddlesten Inc., for 50 Briar Hollow, a 180,000 square foot office building complex, and commercial real estate broker with The Hackney-Rainey Company, founded by his father and grandfather. As a broker, Rainey has represented office building tenants in lease negotiations, multiple fast-food restaurant franchisees in pad site acquisitions and lease negotiations, numerous raw land acquisitions for investors and real estate developers, and has focused his attention over the years on income producing real estate investment properties. Rainey has represented a number of investors in the acquisition of multi-family real estate deals and has become specialized in 25 - to -150-unit apartment properties, as well as raw land opportunities for apartment developers. In addition to apartments, Rainey has extensive knowledge and thorough understanding of the market conditions and the availability of investment opportunities in the flex-warehouse category in the greater Charlotte metropolitan area.
