Biographical Info Kapres Meadows specializes in the purchasing, selling and leasing of retail, multi-family and mixed-use properties in the Maryland and Washington, DC area. For more than 20 years, Kapres has been an investor in apartments, retail and office properties. Since becoming a licensed agent in 2002, he has primarily focused on serving the needs of investors and business owners. He has an MBA in Real Estate Development and Finance from American University. He is a Certified Commercial Advisor (CCA) through the National Association of Real Estate Advisors (NAREA) and has received the Masters in Commercial Property Designation (MiCP®) through the Lipsey School of Real Estate. He also has experience in both real estate development and construction project management. As an extrovert, he thrives on networking to build and maintain valuable industry relationships.
