Biographical Info Andres Goyanes is an experienced Real Estate marketing and sales professional based in Orlando (Central Florida). He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker Associate, Licensed Real Estate Instructor, and a Realtor® at MCT Realty International. Andres works with both domestic and international clients thanks to his multilingual skills (English, Spanish and Portuguese). Andres' exposure to Commercial Real Estate began through his family’s former business endeavors, which owned a Retail Shopping Strip for over a decade in the Daytona Beach area and imported ceramic, marble and granite tile from Spain and Italy. Being in the construction supply industry and with access to a variety of resources, Andres also became an investor and flipped several properties, as well as managed some of these for rental income. Professionally, Andres worked as a marketing executive for Master-Plan Developers, Home Builders, and Resort Property Development companies for 15+ years before starting AETHER Marketing Communications (www.aetherad.com), a B2B / Industrial Marketing Agency focused on serving clients in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering and Construction) and Manufacturing Industries. Andres holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Central Florida and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Marylhurst University with a concentration in Sustainable Business and Green Development. Andres is also a member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) and a Past President of the American Marketing Association of Orlando/Central Florida. Active in the Central Florida business community, Andres has been Rotarian for over a decade and currently serves on the role of Assistant Governor for Rotary District 6980 and was the Founding President of the Rotary Club of International Drive. He is also a graduate of the Rotary Leadership Institute and was awarded the distinction of being the District "Emerging Leader" for 2018-2019. On a personal level, Andres is married to Veronica—a higher education executive at Pearson Education—and they are dog parents to three small dogs. Both are avid foodies and they love to travel the world and meet people from diverse cultures and backgrounds, with almost 40 countries traveled. Andres' background is from Spain, specifically from the northwestern region of Galicia, also known as the "Celtic Spain".
