Biographical Info Carlos Coloma, CCIM, CCA Originally from Madrid, Spain, Carlos has been in the United States for 25 years, and residing in Dallas, Texas for the past 19 years. He holds a BS in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He is an Airline Transport Pilot with over 12,000 flight hours, and works for one of the mainline legacy carriers based in Dallas-Ft. Worth. He holds a Commercial Drone Pilot License, and all his Real Estate listings come with his very own Aerial Footage. While his passion and main source of income has been aviation, Real Estate started as a hobby, and has turned into a second career that has been very compatible with his aviation schedule. Carlos has been actively involved in Real Estate for the past 15 years. Most of this time as an active Real Estate Investor, owning several rental properties and doing many flips and wholesales. He acquired his Real Estate license 5 years ago as a way to increase efficiency in the search of investment real estate as the market started getting more competitive with investors. As a licensed REALTOR®, he has gained experience also as an agent, by helping family and friends. Recently, Carlos upgraded his Real Estate License to Broker, and is sponsoring agents who will be working with him exclusively in Commercial Real Estate. He is forming teams of similar Aviation Professionals who work Real Estate Part-Time, so that as a Team, they can devote their time to clients for a Full-Time experience. Carlos is considered an Expert in the Real Estate Investment field, particularly in the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex. He was approached by a Real Estate Education Company to create and deliver a presentation for REALTORS®, that would teach a REALTOR® how to "Understand the Mind of a Real Estate Investor" (name of the course). Real Estate Agents that attended this course would get CE credit toward their biennial license renewal. As of April 2022, Carlos acquired the prestigious CCIM Certification. He is a firm believer that, in order to compete with the big commercial brokerage companies with deep pockets, you need to be an expert in your field and provide the best and at the same time most economical service to your clients.
