Bob Mack
Biographical Info Bob is the owner and broker of Utah Real Estate Professionals, Advanced Solutions Property Management (ASPM) and managing partner of Utah Property Maintenance. Bob started managing rental properties in Salt Lake County in 1999. In 2003, he moved into the Management Consulting field. Bob worked with top management teams throughout North America, Europe and South America helping companies to increase their bottom lines through process improvement and streamlining operations. In 2011, he took his expertise of helping businesses increase profitability to managing real property full time by launching Advanced Solutions Property Management Very quickly, Bob realized that a solid maintenance team was needed to service the needs of the management company. In 2012, he started Utah Property Maintenance. In 2014, Bob moved to add a real estate brokerage to the mix. Bob was born and raised in Utah, and knows the local market very well. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Utah in 1996. After college he served as a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer in South America for three years.
