NAREA Mission Statement
The National Association of Real Estate Advisors (NAREA) provides exceptional education to real estate professionals through its designation programs.
NAREA Designation Programs
NAREA currently offers the Certified Commercial Advisor (CCA) designation program.
A Certified Commercial Advisor (CCA) is a real estate professional who has demonstrated the ability to broker and lease commercial real estate.
The CCA program requires a CCA Candidate to complete and pass, with 70 percent comprehension, a series of 12, 3-hour required courses. The CCA Candidate must also either demonstrate that they have completed three commercial transactions within a 12-month period prior to receiving the designation or they must complete 4 additional 3-hour elective courses.
NAREA’s website offers many benefits and tools to assist both Candidates and Members. In addition to receiving the Certified Commercial Advisor (CCA) designation, other benefits include: Access to Online Courses; Sample Commercial Contracts and Forms; Financial and Investment Analysis Tools; Access to Books and Reports available for Purchase and Use; a Monthly Newsletter and a Member Blog.
