CCA 105: Financing Commercial Real Estate

Financing Commercial Real Estate is the fifth course in the Certified Commercial Advisor (CCA) designation program. This class outlines what is required to qualify for a commercial real estate loan and identifies both conventional lenders and non-conventional lenders. Additionally, it reviews the various conventional and U.S. government agency loan programs along with identifying several creative commercial financing options.
